| What types of quality assurance do you have? |
Goldencrops had been ISO9002 certified since 1997 and today both our factory plants are ISO22000 and HACCP certified by SGS. All our cereal manufacturing and our packaging lines are audited yearly by various MNC Food Safety Programs.
Goldencrops is the first grain processor to be accredited by Tse-Xin Organic Agriculture Foundation in Taiwan and our products are HALAL and KOSHER approved for international communities. |

| How do you resolve conflicts of interests between your clients? |
| We take extensive measures to protect our client's intellectual properties and we avoid conflicts between clients whenever possible. We would not produce similar products between our clients or produce products that target similar consumer groups or sales channels. |

| What is your Minimum-Order-Quantity? |
| In general we require a minimum of 250kg, but we can provide smaller runs as test batches. In terms of costs, it would mainly depend on your formula cost, packing type and production volume. | Does Goldencrops have its own brands? |
| Yes, we have our Goldencrops®, Sungift®, Ten Fortune® and Supervite® brands which are used for our export-business. However, most of our production is tailored to our customer's specification. |

| How do I know you wontt take our recipe for your Goldencropsts Sungift® products? |
| Our main business is business-to-business manufacturing, to produce products for our clients to sell to consumers. Sungift® products are really a display of the products we can make for our clients. We have no interest to compete with our clients after 20 years of clean business. |
